At Alessi Dance Factory, our Competition Team is designed for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level. Our team provides dedicated dancers with performance opportunities, advanced technique training, teamwork, discipline, and the chance to grow both on and off the stage.
Our Competition Team dancers train in styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, turns & leaps, conditioning, partnering, and more. Dancers may also have opportunities to participate in group routines, solos, duets, trios, productions, conventions, regional competitions, nationals, and community performances.
We offer team placements by level so dancers can train in the environment that best supports their growth:
Wishers – Mini Beginner Team
Dreamers – Junior Novice Team
Believers – Junior Novice/Intermediate Team
Icons – Teen Novice Team
Legends – Teen/Senior Intermediate/Advanced Team
Legacy – Teen/Senior Advanced Team
Competition Team members are expected to attend required classes, rehearsals, summer intensives, competitions, and performances. This program is a commitment, but it is also an incredible opportunity for dancers to build confidence, friendships, stage presence, and a strong work ethic.
